NEWAY automatic vehicle hub production line designed and developed by
NEWAY CNC Equipment Co. is able to complete the machining process from rough forging to finished product with no stop.
The production line is composed of 2 turning lathes, one vertical machine center and a trusswork robot system. Traverse speed of the articulated manipulator reaches 90 meters per minute. The line loads and unloads work piece automatically. Production cycle: 7.5m/pc. It is possible to produce 28800pcs per annum based on 12h work per day and 300 days per year.
