Neway donates 1,000,000 yuan to build a hope primary school

On August 15th ,2009, a contribution agreement was subscribed by Neway International Group and Yuhong Primary of Siyang county in Suqian district, and Neway will donate a million to help rebuild Yuhong primary school in other place. As general knows, after Neway hope primary school of county Donghai in Lianyungang district, this primary school is the second primary school donated by Neway “5,000,000 yuan education-aid fund”.

The relative principal said, aimed to solve the educational difficulties of the local children in poor conditions, the H&N district is always giving ful attention to improve the educational conditions of country during the work of south-north, pair-assistance between Suzhou H&N district and Siyang county in Suqian district. And this donation is just a start, in the future, more efforts will be given in educational-assistance.

The schoolhouse in use of Yuhong primary has a history of 70 years, and most of them are dangerous buildings with less repair. When the weather condition is awful, such as heavy rain and snow, the schoolhouse can’t be used. The planned new Yuhong primary school covers an total area of 6500 square meters, 1600 square meters for teaching, 400 square meters for assistant building. According to the provincial standard of country primary, there will be sports ground, basketball court, computer center, multimedia room, physical equipment etc. in the planned school, and it will be capable for more than 300 students having class in the same time, and the educational problem of farmers’ children around 5 kilometers will be solved effectively.

In 2007, Neway group created the “5,000,000 yuan education-aid fund”, and planned to found hope primary schools in those areas with weakness economics and behindhand education to improve local educational level in ten years, 500,000 yuan per yearl.
